He is a Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator, who has brokered literally hundreds of settlements between disputatious parties.

 

He is a Certified Instructor of Insurance Education in the State of Florida and has been invited to lecture to various trial lawyer and claims professional gatherings.

 

Mr. Godfrey has delivered winning oral arguments to the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, as well as to the Florida Supreme Court. In a seminal case, Ter Keurst v. Miami Elevator, the Supreme Court redefined the procedures for selecting jurors in the State.
